Nima Dehmamy

Nima Dehmamy is a research scientist at IBM Research. His work includes developing machine learning algorithms for scientific applications and the theory of machine learning. Dehmamy’s recent work has been on symmetry equivariant neural networks, symmetries of the loss landscape, graph neural networks, optimization. He also works on accelerating scientific computing and coarse-graining using ML. Dehmamy obtained his PhD in physics from Boston University, working on complex systems.
