John Rozen

John Rozen is a member of the IBM Research division at the T.J. Watson Research Center located in Yorktown Heights, New York, USA. He has degrees in engineering, physics, and materials science. The interdisciplinary nature of his curriculum has allowed him to develop a wide range of skills that have been successfully applied to research and development of novel processing for SiC power electronics and Si microelectronics. His achievements include: the design, implementation, and automation of processing and testing platforms, invited talks at international conferences, interactions with funding agencies, and publications in peer-reviewed journals. He was responsible for establishing a SiC MOS research program at the Central Research Institute of the Electric Power Industry in Japan, and he is now the project lead for a high -k/metal gate joint development program on a 300mm deposition platform dedicated to CMOS technology 14nm node and beyond.
