Paul Solomon

Paul Michael Solomon (SM’86–F’93) is a research staff member with IBM. He received a PhD degree from Technion, Haifa, Israel, in 1974. Since 1975, he has been with the T. J. Watson Research Center at IBM Yorktown Heights, NY, working in the area of high-speed semiconductor devices.
