Samantha Smiley

Samantha Smiley is the Senior Administrative Assistant to the MIT Director of the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab, and collaborates with Lab researchers and communications teams. Prior to joining MIT, Samantha was part of an affordable housing non-profit in New Hampshire, where she assisted with large conferences, data research and management, and worked closely with the executive team. Previously, she was also assistant to the Dean of Engineering and managed social media for the Volgenau School of Engineering at George Mason University. She received her BA in Sociology along with focuses in Art and Psychology from George Mason University.
